Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22, 1985, in New York City New York) is awaited for her recognition due to her ability to act across different genres such as historical dramas, thrillers and action films. Johansson was born in New York City, and lived there with her architect father and producer mother. She was the twin sister of Hunter as well as her mother were the youngest siblings. She began to develop an interest in acting from a very young age, and began auditioning for commercials at the age of seven. To enhance her abilities, she studied at classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan and then at the Professional Children's School.
